Important terms and conditions for using EZ LIMS and Divine Solutions services.
Welcome to Divine Solutions. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, the EZ LIMS platform, and any products or services we provide, including custom software, web development, mobile apps, AI integrations, SEO and digital marketing.
By accessing or using our website and services, specifically EZ LIMS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use our services or website.
Divine Solutions provides professional services including the EZ LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System), custom software development, website and mobile app development, AI and automation services, SEO and digital marketing. Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are detailed in separate project agreements or proposals.
All proposals and quotes are subject to the terms stated in the proposal document. Payment terms, milestones, and invoicing are defined in the project agreement. Non-payment may result in suspension of services, including access to EZ LIMS, until outstanding invoices are cleared.
Clients must provide timely access to information, resources, test data, and approvals required to complete each phase of a project. Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines and may incur additional charges.
All intellectual property rights in materials provided by Divine Solutions, including the EZ LIMS source code and platform, remain with Divine Solutions unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive licenses to use deliverables as specified in the project agreement.
Revision and support terms are governed by the project agreement. Support packages for EZ LIMS, if purchased, will be provided as described in the related service documentation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Divine Solutions' liability is limited to the amount paid for the services under the applicable project agreement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of EZ LIMS or other services.
Any personal data collected or processed in the course of providing services is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Clients are responsible for securing permissions and lawful grounds for any personal data (including patient data in EZ LIMS) they provide to Divine Solutions.
We may integrate or link to third-party services. Divine Solutions is not responsible for the content or reliability of third-party services and tools. Use of third-party services is subject to their terms.
Either party may terminate a project in accordance with the terms of the project agreement. Termination may result in fees for work completed up to the date of termination.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Revised terms will be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lahore, Pakistan, unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing.
